Launched in 2022, Studio Management was created to champion the emerging voices of Australian storytellers. Born out of Sydney Acting Studio, it has grown into an agency that provides real industry pathways for actors, writers, and creatives.

Working in close collaboration with casting directors, agents, and producers, our mission is simple: to connect talent with opportunity and give our members the stepping stone they need to succeed in the local and international industry.

Since its inception, Studio Management clients have worked across television commercials, short films, feature films, theatre productions, and TV series — building credits, confidence, and careers.

We see it as both a privilege and a responsibility to nurture the next generation of Australian talent — empowering them not just to dream big, but to achieve it.
